Warewashing Introduction

Our Warewashing system is a culmination of years of experimentation and field experience

The Patented Warewashing technology is a unique system that works by efficiently introducing Ozone, using Corona discharge into the dish washing machine. The OzoneWash process consists of low NOX Ozone generators, magnetic air pumps, chemical dosers, a wash aid and a rinse aid.

Unlike the commercially available dishwashing machines which use hot water in their washing cycle, the Ozone process uses cold water in the washing cycle. The system is supplied in a self-contained box complete with detergent and rinse aid dosing equipment.

The system can be easily fitted to both new and existing washing machines of any size.

As our process is unique, we have through our risk committee, identified the potential risks and have taken the following action:

• We have three patents protecting our intellectual property

• The Ozone generators are CE and TUV approved

• Both detergents have been registered with SABS for an SABS 1825 mark

• All microbiological results have been tested and verified by SGS and SABS (see attached report in Supplementary documents)

• CT values which are the norm for calculating ozone dosages are also well above what is required for total sanitization and enhancing chemicals.

• HACCP studies have been conducted by Potchestroom University to See the impact of Ozone in working environment
